Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Required Skill set:

  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Cloud Craze) - Website
  • Experience facilitating functional discovery workshops.
  • Experience with implementing online payment processing features.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation delivery
  • Experience leading functional workstreams
  • Experience with technical strategy
  • Experience with team management
  • Experience working in a professional services firm or working in a client service environment.
  • Experience with help client manage customizations for Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems

Qualifications:
  • Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
  • Assess client business requirements and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices.
  • Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively.
  • Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices.
  • Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
  • Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption
  • Author & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects
