Provide support services for NICE Voice Recording and Verint Verba Product. Should able to do Integration and migration related activities. Be part of core recording l3 team and work closely with customer. Delivering a first-class Customer Service and maintaining good Customer Relations as well as Communications are key to this role. All processes and procedures must be followed within the specific timelines required.
This individual will have experience in administering and support of server based recording technologies as well as general knowledge of IP telephony, knowledge of databases and operating systems is beneficial. Flexible work schedule is a requirement, must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary.
