• To assist the Ops Manager in delivery of the assigned Infrastructure Mgmt services.
• Handle desktop escalation calls
• Prioritizing the calls, analyzing calls on response/resolution violations
• Interacting with ops on day to day technology requirements
• Review Daily activity reports, Infra avl reports, backups & antivirus reports
• Involve in projects on servers, network, security
• Introduce site-specific initiatives to improve service delivery, c-sat.
• Preparation of operational schedules like shift rosters for Engrs/HDKs, vendor listing/meetings.
• Review adherence on process based documentation / SOP.
• Active participation on project ramp-up / transitions / BCP / Audits
• Ability to drive people to ensure that project deliverables are met and project time is maintained
