The role of a First Line Manager (FLM) - L1 at Wipro Insurance Solutions-Philippines with the sub-sector DOP-HLS MDPS EH GRP involves executing processes and driving team performance to achieve key metrics. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality delivery, improving efficiency, achieving performance targets, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead team to meet and exceed client service level expectations
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance complaints intake and management process efficiencies
- Achieve targets for Performance and Quality performance indicators
- Identify and coordinate improvements in PFMEA and Quality Control Plan
- Manage team performance and work allocation
- Conduct Team Huddles to share client updates
- Collate and share team productivity data
- Manage team attendance, shift rosters, and attrition
- Ensure compliance with floor policies and all administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, or related field
- Clinical experience and/or Registered Nurse/Pharmacist background
- Experience in medical device complaints handling
- 4+ years in a similar process or clinical role
Skills Required
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, 21CFR, and EUMDR regulations
- Proficiency in using medical devices, MS Office, MS Excel, and Power BI
- Expertise in complaints handling of medical devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Managerial judgment and mentoring skills
- Goal-oriented and decision-making abilities
- Service-oriented with customer service expertise
- Knowledge of E QMS systems like TrackWise and Salesforce
