Hours: 10am- 6pm EST, work one weekend day per work week

Position Summary:

The Fraud Analyst Team Lead will lead team to meet SLA timelines, budgets and goals in the analysis of fraud/fraud prevention. They will also review transactions from multiple countries - prepaid cards, gift cards, debit cards, credit cards and other instruments to identify fraud. This position will investigate activity on customer accounts to establish validity, perform financial and/or apply remediation measures to prevent further fraudulent act as well.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Investigate transaction/user accounts for any policy violations
  • Utilize multiple systems/windows to gather data
  • Update incident status, accurately notate accounts/transactions
  • Manage customer "Rewards" account status and security
  • Route escalations to defined points of contact
  • Refunding credit cards and other payment instrument
  • Cancel suspected fraud orders and flag known criminal devices to prevent use

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of previous experience leading a team in the credit card/rewards card fraud or analysis industry
  • Computer skills - MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens with multiple systems/windows
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

Preferences:

  • Banking and Financial OR eCommerce Industry preferred
