Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement test data management strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify test data requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in test environments.
- Automate data provisioning, masking, and refresh processes.
- Manage and maintain a centralized repository of test data.
- Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues to ensure smooth testing workflows.
- Document TDM processes, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of database systems and data provisioning methods.
- Proficiency in test data automation tools like Informatica TDM, IBM InfoSphere, or similar.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and security best practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges.
