Job Type - Full Time Position

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement test data management strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify test data requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in test environments.
  • Automate data provisioning, masking, and refresh processes.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized repository of test data.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues to ensure smooth testing workflows.
  • Document TDM processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of database systems and data provisioning methods.
  • Proficiency in test data automation tools like Informatica TDM, IBM InfoSphere, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and security best practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges.
