Job Summary

The role holder will work towards assisting in driving the key strategic initiatives run by Corporate Strategy team, developing Point of Views, opportunity identification of long-term initiatives, etc. The candidate should have background in Consulting, technology, preparing & evaluating business cases. Strong research capability is a must along with ability to coordinate across various levels of the organization. The person should have excellent communication skill (written, spoken & presentation).

• Drive key strategic initiatives run by the Corporate strategy team in close collaboration with business units
• Lead & support business evaluation/opportunity identification of long-term initiatives
• Pro-actively identify and develop point of views in areas of Strategic significance
• Drive organization view/thinking in areas that impact multiple industries and services
• Engage closely with business units with the objective of understanding their strategy/growth charter & supporting the same through the Strategy office in terms of analysis, intelligence/information and project/initiative execution

• Strong understanding & expertise in Technology and its implications and applications to solve business problems
• Strong eye for business with sound understanding of finance. Ability to read, interpret and analyze financial statements
• Should have ability to sift through information/data, assimilate, analyze and build a point of view
• Excellence in strategic orientation and analytical problem solving
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Polished oral, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently build relationships with internal and external partners
• Self-guided attitude- Ability to succeed in a professional environment where goals & objectives may not always be well-defined. Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working in challenging & ambiguous environments and/or new business areas
