PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
•Responsible for processing Loan lifecycle events such as Billing,Rollover,Rate setting,Funding,Increase/decrease, Paydowns,Commitment reduction,Interest/Fee/Adhoc Payments, SSI updates with 2step/4step procedure followed.
•Responsible to take action of Lender queries received in group email boxes i.e ECRM within 24 hrs and resolution within 2 business days
•Responsible for Processing assignment monitoring (Trades Process- Primary/Secondary)
•Match Cash breaks for previous day transactions and add comments for pending items
•Responsible to Share EOD status with detailed comments on BAU acitivities and Pending Items.
•Responsible for Processing transactions as per training and SOP.Report to supervisor incase of any deviations.

•Responsible for completing assigned Works with 100% accuracy.
•Ensure to complete all mandatory trainings before due date
•Capable of handling few operational reports as applicable for sub processes.
•Having strong knowledge and hands on expereince in using applications like Loan IQ and Clearpar.
•Responsible for investigating and resolving Pending cash breaks(New/Aged)
•Capable of following escalations matrix.
•Ensure to get cross trained in all sub processes within the team
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Strong focus on process results, accuracy.
• Good analytical skills and effective time management in prioritizing work
• Sound understanding of the Syndication Loan products and Processes
• Should possess good training and coaching skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change
•Should have experience in Capital Market products especially in Loan Sydication with Loan IQ
• Should have experience of handling customer KPI reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and Query handling skills.
Graduation is mandatory for this position
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
• The applicant should be a confirmed full-time employee of the organization and should have completed 18 months of service in his/her current role as on the last day of this month.

• For lateral movement an employee has to complete 12 months in his/her current role while for vertical movement it is mandatory to complete 18 months in current role as on the last day of this month.
• Candidate shall be responsible for all risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this functional role.
• Minimum rating of G3 P3 in the last appraisal.
• Applicant should not have been on a PCCP for the second time in the current role,in the last quarter or current quarter.If the employee has been put on the PCCP for the first time in the current role,he/she is eligible to apply
