Excellent communication skills and customer management skills

• 15- 20+ years of deep technical expertise in Application Services (App Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Engg., Automation etc..)

• Experience in building/driving large enterprise systems with a deep understanding of the technical and operational challenges.

• Should have driven innovation programs and articulate the value of these into transformational engagements.

• Should have delivered architecture initiatives and showcased clear business efficiency in line with business strategies. Should have taken end-end responsibility & accountability in terms of architecture.

• Should have delivered architecture roadmaps and develop delivery blueprints for the technology design

• Should support crafting a solution for one or more large complex deal pursuits simultaneously

• Experience working with different industries vertical will be considered a plus.

• Experience in software development effort estimations and software BOQ for complex systems

• Sales focused - Must be growth oriented, winning business in new/existing accounts and maximize the profitability through innovative solution

• Should have spent last 5 years in customer facing roles working with different stakeholders.

• Should have worked in any role which brings various capabilities together to solve complex business or technology challenges.

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [120,000] to [$180,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
