As part of this project, your role as Solution Consultant will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Job requirements:
- Gather, assess, specify, and execute the business requirements of clients leveraging Client suite of products in Conversation AI.
- Generate functional specifications, requirements documentation, stories, and test specifications.
- Engage in call listening, transcript analysis, and contextual comprehension to define and configure analytics categories that cater to various business use cases.
- Develop and test dashboards according to the requirements of diverse stakeholders within the customer organization.
- Continuously refine the solution by tuning or adding keywords, phrases, business rules, and enhancing analytics models iteratively.
- Analyze the output generated and offer recommendations on observed insights.
- Cultivate a positive environment conducive to team innovation and growth.
- Contribute to and influence Client product roadmap based on insights and feedback gathered from the field and customers.

Candidate' profile:
- Advanced level of English.
- Advance level of Italian.
- Previous experience in the field.
- A master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, any Engineering or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, methodical thinking, logical thinking, problem-solving skills and the ability to define problems and devise solutions.
- Experience in contact center operations/products and understanding of related business processes.
- Proficiency in conversational product knowledge, customer experience (CX), analytics, AI tuning, and Domain Language Model (DLM) implementation.
- Experience in data analysis, business analytics, and utilizing business intelligence tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel (Lucid and Visio are good to have).
- Exceptional communication, presentation (both oral and written), and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with AI concepts (Generative AI in specific, prompt engineering) and their practical applications.
- Ability to work with existing tools and platforms.
Good-to-have:
- Understanding of API (application programming interfaces) endpoints and their integrations.
- JavaScript (Python, node JS or jQuery - beginner level).
