You are responsible for
The Intake of business requirements and deliver Integration solution designs together with Business Process Owner, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
Supporting the Product Owner, Solution Architect in Grooming, Solution design including NFRs, Estimation, Validation and help drive feature driven development with scrum teams

Owning and Optimizing E2E Solution Development Process and support fellow DevSecOps engineers to realize the integration solutions
Supporting the business in demonstrating the capabilities, training, deployments, onboarding business/markets & change management
Accountable that the integration solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on Release-ability, Reliability, Security and performance; Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture principles & guidelines. Provide feedback on continuous improvement to architecture community
Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution.
Work closely with functional DevSecOps team in supporting key Domain and Technical inputs for Incidents, Change Requests, Service Requests and other regular operations activities

The team is highly skilled in both business process and technical aspects of Integration Solutions
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT or related field (minimum education level and/or related major for the role)
OC Certification Level 2
Lean Foundation Certified (mandatory technical experience, knowledge and/or certification)
10+ years of combined experience in Integration technical lead, business analyst, and project management experience
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting API solutions using MuleSoft
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting microservices
o Java Spring boot
o AWS Services for Compute & Development
o AWS Services for Networking, Storage and Containers
Experience leading partner teams and coaching junior resources
Strong business skills; able to understand how Integration solutions facilitate business solutions. Articulate this in business terms and communicate in English with business leadership
