A3 Data Platform Architect
Description:
We are seeking a Technical Architect to join the A3 platform team. The role involves working with new technical demands and engaging in ongoing discussions with various business areas.
We expect the architect to proactively propose innovative solutions, confidently defend their perspectives, and actively participate in discussions with business stakeholders.
The architect will report to the Service Owner.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Develop Solutions Architecture: Prepare and design robust and scalable solutions architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Estimate Demand and Resources: Assess and estimate the demand for data platform services, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource availability.

Technologies involved:

The ideal candidate should have experience working with Snowflake and one or more of the listed data ingestion solutions. Previous experience with SAP ECC or HANA sources would be an added advantage.
We're looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible. The initial engagement is for three months, with the potential to extend into a long-term position.

Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.
Do
- Provide technical leadership to the design, development and implementation of custom solutions through thoughtful use of modern technology
- Works closely with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance and manage issues through to resolution
- Perform detailed documentation (App view, multiple sections & views) of the architectural design and solution mentioning all the artefacts in detail
- Tracks industry and application trends and relates these to planning current and future IT needs
- Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability in front of the client to win the confidence and act as a trusted advisor
