PEGA Lead System Architect
PEGA Lead System Architect is an experienced proficient professional who drives outcomes. The PEGA Lead System Architect has broad experience across the function /discipline and recognised as highly competent in the role for this function / discipline. In this role, the individual must:
???Identify and evangelise re-usable components that can be enterprise assets
???Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation
???Provide thought-leadership to client stakeholders across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements

???Work with client stakeholders in developing and implement architecture solutions and designs required to meet client's business requirements
???Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues
???Lead multiple development teams concurrently and maintaining an oversight
???Instill and enforce high level of discipline in the team to ensure high quality standards and best practices are followed
???Supervise and review the quality of work of others
???Undertake and lead the designing of solutions for complex problems
???Guides and teaches others
To succeed in this role, the individual must have:
???Total 10+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database and client server design/development
???At least 3+ years of experience in Pega Architect role (after CLSA certification) with at least 2 years working on Pega 8
???Must have completed Pega CLSA certification (Parts 1 & 2)
???Proficient to independently design PEGA solutions from functional requirements
???Advanced knowledge of the Pega Architecture and design patterns as well as implementing them
???Demonstrated proficiency on Pega tools like PDC, SMA, PLA, BIX, Accessibility framework
???Proficient with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) and excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
???Demonstrated experience working on Pega Cloud or client-managed Cloud
???Strong ability to communicate and present to multiple stakeholders problem definitions and proposed solutions to complex IT, technical and business issues.
