• Manage the solution end point technologies including service desk, field support services, desktop engineering services, mobility solutions, ITAM, and windows migration, etc.
• Build solution on digital workplace technologies on Microsoft platforms and ServiceNow platform. E.g., MS Autopilot or ServiceNow Employee Center, etc.
• Develop solution strategies that align with the client's digital transformation initiatives including service automation, AI, and analytics.
• Skilled in creating transition solutions in collaboration with the cross-functional teams.
• Manage and solution advisors-led deals along with commercials and business management with Wipro sales and pricing leads.
• Ability to show continuous improvement and innovation in digital workplace services through research, benchmarking, and adoption of emerging technologies to our clients.
