Role : SOC Manager

Location : Michigan , Detroit , USA

Responsibilities ;

1. Team Management
Lead and manage the entire security engagement.
Hire, train, and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge and Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development

2. SOC Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC, ensuring that security alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities are promptly detected, analyzed, and responded to.

3.Program Management:
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the program are on track. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Track program performance and deliver regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure all team members are confident in leveraging identified technologies such as Splunk


4. Incident Response:
Direct and orchestrate the company's response to all security threats.Ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents.

S ecurity Strategy: Collaborate with other IT and security teams to develop and refine the organization's security posture. Recommend and implement best practices for security monitoring and incident response.

5.Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and technologies. Required tools: Splunk, Log Integration, Crowdstrike, Anomali, SOAR


Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $120000 to $135000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
