Shopify Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Shopify themes based on business requirements and design specifications.
  • Integrate and configure Shopify apps and plugins to enhance website functionality.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure responsive and visually appealing designs.
  • Optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.
  • Implement payment gateways and manage product catalog and inventory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth website operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Shopify updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify themes, templates, and APIs.
  • Experience in customizing and building Shopify apps.
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization and mobile responsiveness.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and user experience principles.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $158000 and for California $80,000 to $ 173,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
