Looking for Pre-sales / Customer Success consultant to join the growing ServiceNow Practice in CIS. A high visibility role which contributes directly to the business growth and requires close interactions with customers and responding to RFP / proposals. As a ServiceNow Presales team member, you will be responsible to own and grow business in select geographies for ServiceNow. The consultant shall also be responsible for providing ideas for new solution building and taking them to fruition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A ServiceNow Pre-Sales Architect will play a critical role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to potential clients. This position involves understanding client requirements, demonstrating how ServiceNow solutions can address their business challenges, and helping to drive successful adoption of the platform.

  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs and scope solutions, ensuring proper documentation throughout the process.
  • Creating architecture and design documentation, presenting technical solutions, , creating POC solutions, estimating solution costs and timelines, designing system integrations and data migrations, creating technical roadmaps
  • Leading workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.
  • Building client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and presenting to a high standard of quality, including customers demonstration, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.
  • Build active client demonstrations that enable customers to view the product and visualize how it will meet their objectives.
  • Helps drive the estimation of the effort to realize the implementation of the proposed solution
  • Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies
  • Experience with various integrations & APIs.
  • Contributing to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow CIS Mainline Certifications
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in pre-sales or solution consulting
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
