Responsibilities & Requirements
- Conference room AV devices experience
- Team should provide support for specific tasks that fall outside of the PS0079 scope but included in FSR. Few examples are listed below
- Assistance with mounting and demounting conference room equipment • Small IT equipment installations
- Onsite support requests from the CDA and SD teams that are beyond the scope of PS0079
- Schedule a weekly check-in with all stakeholders to discuss the status of work completion, as well as gather feedback for potential areas of improvement and to ensure everyone is aware of project progress
- Coordinate closely with Business owners and stakeholders including vendor throughout the Conference room upgrade process. This includes preparing quotation drafts, which we will then submit to the Business owners for review and verification
- Following the PO generation, team to coordinate and work with the PMO team to finalize the invoicing process. Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed of the status and any necessary steps to be taken
- Schedule a weekly check-in with all stakeholders to discuss the status of work completion, as well as gather feedback for potential areas of improvement and to ensure everyone is aware of project progress
- The number of conferences visited per day and the updated firmware status
- Inventory report - A list of all in-scope and outside of scope equipment in all the conference room
- Conf Room Report - Address, location, conference room name & BU owner & all their respective equipment report
- A list of conference rooms and their corresponding locations, including addresses
- Inbound and outbound report for reuse display screens
- MTR quotation, PO and invoice report
- Spare part quotation and invoice report • Schedule a weekly check-in with all stakeholders to discuss the status of work completion, as well as gather feedback for potential areas of improvement and to ensure everyone is aware of project progress.
