Wipro is seeking for Service Delivery Manager to join our collaborative team.

Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: St Louis, Missouri

Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Work on technical projects in the aviation financial industry
  • Identify the unique needs of the customer and adjust approach and communication accordingly
  • Collaborate with clients, maintain status reports, and work closely with Engineering and Support teams to resolve issues
  • Manage large and complex projects as a project manager, exposer to ADM project's.
  • Utilize analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Coach cross-functional teams into high performing teams
  • Implement onshore-offshore delivery model
  • Remove impediments and facilitate open discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Guide development teams and the organization on Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices
  • Coordinate development, testing, and integration activities for the platform
  • Identify problems, engage appropriate resources, and implement changes
  • Facilitate project and software development processes to align with project objectives
  • Create, manage, monitor, and report on milestones progress
  • Hold teams accountable for quality and timeliness of their contributions
  • Manage budget, project margin, profitability, and forecast
  • Assess risk, resolve conflicts, and provide mitigation plans
  • Provide regular reports on project progress and team productivity to management
  • Ensure teams follow best practices

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 10+ years of IT industry experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in large and complex projects in application areas
  • (Technologies like Java/Mainframe/.net - No third-party app/Infrastructure)
  • Ability to fluently communicate in English.
  • Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities, Knowledge of modern development practices and tools
  • Experience coaching cross-functional teams, Familiarity with onshore-offshore delivery model.
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices and principles
