Title : Senior Network Engineer

Location : PRINCETON -- NEW JERSEY (100% onsite all 5 days)

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
12 + years exp in Network Routing/Switching and Security management .
Certifications on R&S, Security, ITIL
Experience on Operations, Change management, Problem management, Incident Management
Experience in team management
Good written & verbal communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, direct, maintain, and coordinate network installation, maintenance, and operations.
Driving Major Incidents and Problem Management. Change management, Prepare and review of RCA for all MI as required by account SOW
Excellent understanding of Network infrastructure and good understanding of networking concepts for Data and Security.
Hands on experience on Network devices - router, switches, Firewall, Load balancer etc...
Prepare, review, approve and present network changes and manage till execution post essential approvals.
Understanding of Billing and DNO submissions on monthly basis.
Preparing and presenting of Weekly/Monthly reports to internal and external stake holders.
Good Experience on Incident &Change Management; provided optimal solution to the customer in given time frame; spearheaded Problem Management function ensuring less number of repeated errors /incidents occur
Ensure maintenance of effective 24-7 plant operations with rotating on-call schedule, escalation paths, and emergency response plans
Adhering to monthly KPI targets and managing Technical Penalty SLA misses.
Making sure team updating ticket on time and providing RCA on time
Good Team Handling Skills
Prioritize and schedule calls with technical team members to investigate the actual cause of the issue

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$110000] to [$120,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options."
