Overview
Wipro is a leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company. Our Digital Business Consulting group serves as the strategic arm of Wipro, helping clients across industries to strategize, transform, and re-imagine their business and operating models. The Nordics Consulting team is looking to grow in areas of Finance Transformation Consulting, to work across all industries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s). Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro's client positioning
- Relationships: As a senior Managing Consultant you bring deep expertise and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business
- Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients
- Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
- Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increasing Wipro's mindshare
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations and Finance business users and be responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation.
- Partnering with business users, vendors and the client ecosystem you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognised as a finance transformation expert.
- You will own, drive and manage the solution design and architecture and will lead all phases of the implementation.
Who we are looking for:
Driving Transformation
- Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover the underlying problems and shape the challenges into structured problem statements. Experience at Senior Manager level from a Big 4, Accenture or Tier 1 consulting environment would be highly desirable
- Comes with a good level of transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients
- Ability to drive and lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams and achieve results - therefore important for you to be based in Stockholm
- Good understanding of IT and digital technology, including its application to business sustainability goals
- You will have experience across the following areas:
- Strategy: Able to lead the design of a finance strategy and operating model
- Process: Able to lead record to report, order to cash, source to pay, financial planning transformations, including knowledge of tools and automation
- Technology: Working knowledge of enabling technology to support Finance and Performance Management processes and organisational transformation such as:
- ERP - MS Dynamics 365 Finance, S/4HANA Finance, Oracle ERP
- Point solutions - Celonis, Blackline, Board, Anaplan, Oracle EPM
- Regulatory and Compliance: Understanding of impact of wider changes such as ESG Reporting, IFRS, Revenue Recognition and Lease Accounting
Sell & Delivery
- Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organisation
- Supports generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into successful outcomes.
- Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
- Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges
Talent Management
- Supports in the delivery of our organisational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads
- Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels
- Exemplary professional and corporate track record, delivering concise and effective communications with authority
- Highly adaptable in dynamic environments and integrates effectively into a global matrix environment
Thought Leadership
