As a learning consultant, you will build the case for new behavior, engage leadership, work with impacted stakeholders and drive learning strategies to achieve the desired objectives of the Client's transformation program and therefore help them to achieve intended ROI.

What will you do?
- Define Visual and UI Design Strategy for our clients to achieve the learning goals and objectives
- Understand content and experts' design concepts expectations
- Develop learning design approaches and ensure content and methodology matches them
- Structure visual design hierarchy and interaction design for better usability and impactfully learning
- Create design concepts based on audio script and storyboard aimed to engage learners including infographic video and a variety of gamification learning design
- Deliver end user training face to face
- A Learning Consultant who is passionate about creating innovative eLearning experiences to develop a corporate training programmes
- Have delivered classroom training sessions on at least one of the ERP systems (SAP S4HANA, Oracle or Salesforce)
- Someone who is passionate about design, data visualization and convert impact full design based on client specific brand guidelines
- Someone who has designed communications and training programme for large scale SAP, Oracle, Salesforce ERP or Technology Transformations program
- Someone who comes with strong pedagogical design experience, can work with a diverse range of design styles (instructor led and self-paced training such as infographic videos and interactive activities, gamification webinar and microlearning)
- Hands on experience of digital learnings tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, After Effects, Powtoon, Vyond, Captivate, Lectora, etc.
- Prior background in the Talent Management domain with at least 8+ years of work experience of which at least 5+ years are in Learning
- Own and deliver communication and learning design activities such as brainstorm with Learning Consultants, Create Design Concepts, Design Plan, Design guideline, checklist, templates and design deliverables, etc.
- Awareness and understanding of different design theories, development models, design approaches
- Experience of design Communication Design and Learning Design for large scale technology implementation preferably in one of the following areas: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Cloud, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SFDC, Workday, RPA, Blockchain
- Willingness to travel for short / long term to client location (Domestic as well as International)
- Support practice innovation and business development
