Detailed knowledge of Agile scrum methodology Support User Story and Task Grooming activities pursuant to Sprint delivery Participate in Sprint management and reporting including Chapter and Tribe meetings. Participate in Sprint and post-Sprint management activities including retrospectives and management Steering Committees. Experience in managing senior client stakeholders in BFSI sector Working knowledge of Spring Boot 3.X and Spring Framework 6.X will be added advantage Previous experience of managing team size of 10-15 people
