- 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM and Payroll implementation Expertise in SAP HCM core, US and CA Payroll.
- 3+ years in the role of HCM PY Solution Architect as part of the overall experience
- At least, 2 projects in the area of HCM PY migration to S4 HANA.
- Prior experience as HCM PY Lead / Consultant should include managing Roll-outs, Major Enhancements, S4HANA migration and upgrade projects.
- Expertise in modules SAP HCM Personnel Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Personnel Development, Organizational Management, Compensation Management, Personnel Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), Training and Event Management
- Good knowledge and work experience of US and /or Canada Payroll schema and local statutory laws related to payroll.
- Knowledge and experience working on BSI interface and TUBS
- Expert Knowledge and hands on experience in Payroll Schema, Rule changes
- Experience of End of Year HR Patching process
- At least 3 project experiences of PY implementation where Payroll Parallel Run Tests were performed for 2-3 pay periods prior to production cutover.
- Knowledge of working on payroll reconciliation automation tools such as Spinifex IT and / or Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- Interact with HRIS, Benefits and Payroll teams to understand the requirement and business needs
- Production support and enhancement by troubleshooting and implementing configuration and technical changes
- Integration experience with third party payroll systems like ADP, Alight, Ceridian etc
- Experience working in migration of HCM Payroll to S4/HANA environment
