Role: Salesforce Release Train Engineer
Location : Dallas, TX
Job Descriptions:
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams
• Establish Governance and Controls structures to enable effective escalation and decision-making processes
• Cultivate collaborative partnership among stakeholders to enable scoping, financial and resource decisions
• Identify and manage assessment of major changes to scope, schedule and budget through the appropriate Program and Enterprise governance approval mechanisms
• Identify and evaluate the risks associated with Agile Release Train (ART) execution and work across organization to establish and monitor mitigation plans

• Develop and maintain required artifacts and ensure that all initiatives have appropriate artifacts and processes in accordance with Project Management standards and applicable regulations
• Identify efficiencies and present recommended improvement opportunities at various levels of management
• Facilitate value stream identification and value stream mapping activities
• Promote built-in quality and DevOps practices within the ART
• Think beyond day-to-day activities and apply systems thinking to optimize the flow of value through the ART
Skills
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) 6.0 certification
• Jira Align, Jira Software, Confluence, Figjam, MS Teams, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Experience managing programs in the transportation industry environment
• Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Strong customer service orientation. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice to Have:
• Prior experience with financial industry
• Prior experience with leading Salesforce/nCino
