Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 10 years of programming experience with Salesforce.
  • Certified Application and/or system Architect.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
  • Experience defining architecture from ground-up with industry best practice, platform security, controlled data access, integration patterns, application framework, Salesforce OOTB features, user onboarding, data migration, core object model, and user experience design.
  • At least 7 years of experience in leading the sales, service and experience cloud implementations.
  • Expert in LWC, LWR and APEX programming.
  • Advanced knowledge with latest Einstein AI features including conversation and Gen AI.
  • Experience with managing technical solution for large transformation programs with more than 50+ developers.
  • At least 5 years of experience with developing and supporting environment strategy for large organization.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams.
