Role - Sales Specialist

Business Requirement:

  1. Forecasted business expansion and growth opportunities across all client's specifically on the APAC regional ($10M -$15M)
  2. Increase coverage / touchpoint with India and other APAC based client leaders.
  3. Sales liaison between Account leadership, Onsite Sales leaders, Delivery team and Practice team.
  4. Proximity with Solution and delivery team to define solutions and other proposal / bid activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for a highly energetic IT Infrastructure Sales Specialist who has prior experience handling large Financial Services Customers. Consultative selling experience in Digital and Cloud transformation starting with Cloud, Networking, Data Center, End User Services will be great to have.

Following are high level Roles and Responsibilities

Requirement gathering & Proposal Development
  1. Interface with the Customer stakeholders to understand Client requirement and objectives (RFI/RFP/RFQ / Proactive requirements)
  2. Collaborate with Practice, Presales and Delivery to jointly develop a compelling proposal / response.
  3. Research and gather relevant information including solution offerings, case studies, pricing models etc.
  4. Craft tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Wipro's value proposition and address client needs.
  5. Ensure proposals are visually appealing, error-free delivered within the deadlines.

Sales Coordination
  1. Serve as the Central point of contact between the onsite sales teams, Clients (onsite and offshore as required) and internal stakeholders (Delivery, Account, Practice, Alliance etc.)
  2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations with clients
  3. Manage communication channels, including email, calls, online platforms to facilitate smooth transactions.
  4. Track and follow up on action items and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  5. Ability to work well with Wipro internal Global / Account Executives
