Sales Executive (Hunter)- Government / Public Sector

Wipro's Canada's strategic market unit has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive (Hunter) to be based in the Ontario region and focus on Government/Public Sector clients.

This role will cultivate and break new logo client accounts and originate net-new sales that lead to larger, long- term value propositions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create a go to market plan to identify, open, and grow new logo accounts in the Government/Public Sector.
  • Identify key decision makers in client organization to develop and strengthen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
  • Showcase Wipro's solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps, and strategy meetings.
  • Utilize alliances (cloud, digital, etc.) and external partnerships to identify different areas where joint solution can be delivered to a customer.
  • Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.

  • Senior Sales Business Development Executive (Hunte r), with proven history of breaking new logo accounts and scaling new growth within the Government/ Public Sector.
  • Broad range of selling various IT Services portfolio across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, others.
  • Demonstrated quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing IT solution selling model.
  • Ability to monitor sales trends around the target new clients and various market dynamics and incorporate them existing business development strategy plans.
