Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and a basic grasp of management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SailPoint Identity Now solutions while also assisting in operational and governance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Implementation:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize SailPoint Identity Now solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain lifecycle event workflows, rules, policies, and connectors for integrations with various systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, and deprovisioning.

Management & Governance Support:
- Assist in identity governance activities, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide input on process improvements, best practices, and automation to enhance IAM efficiency.
Testing & Documentation: - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for SailPoint implementations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, SOPs, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Now development.
- Strong expertise in Java, XML and APIs.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SQL databases, and cloud-based IAM solutions.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management, role management, access certification, and compliance requirements.
- Basic knowledge of IAM program governance, risk, and compliance policies.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
