Call Center Opersations Desk Lead (CCOD Lead)

- Monitor and analyze real-time data related to employee activities, call volumes, and service levels
- That can handle immediate processing and analysis of data, allowing businesses to make instant decisions
- Responsible for supporting in the achievement of customer support service levels by managing staffing and adherence numbers with the center supported to ensure optimal performance real-timeool
- Analysis of reports including process in submiiting productivity to the management
- The RTA needs to be flexible to cover different shift times
- The RTA needs to have a pro-active approach to any unforeseen issues
- For New Hire at least Senior High (New curriculum) or at least Second year College
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
- Proactive with a strong work ethic and eagerness to 'go the extra mile'.
- Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Operating Systems, internet services & Online tools
- Excellent analytical and translation skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
