Job Description
- Provide oversight and implementation of the various compliance control measures at a site level.
- Ensure regular compliance activities are carried out in a planned & seamless manner on Daily/Weekly & monthly basis.
- Responsible for building, developing & maintaining effective relationships with Key stakeholders in Operations and support functions.
- Demonstrate commitment to personal development for self and team
- Create, maintain and test business continuity plans at account level
- Act as reference point for all the compliance activities and provide continuous support to the Operations team.
- Enforce ISMS policies and procedures for meeting ISO27001 standards for existing account and any proposed solution for new business
- Ensure policies, processes and standards are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage and report risks
- Work & coordinate with all the stakeholders for all client audits & Wipro internal audits.
- Ensure reporting timelines are met as per requirement on the daily, weekly & monthly basis

Skills required
- Good knowledge of Risk Management and Compliance
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in oral and written communication, especially in English
- Excellent cross-cultural sensitivity
- Prior experience in handling Information Security and Risk Management and Compliance will be an advantage
- Analytical / Creativity ability to resolve complex problems and/or identify alternatives where established procedures may not exist
- Decisive and able to take sound judgment calls consistently
- Should have understanding and experience in operations and Quality processes
- Education and Professional Qualification Science/Commerce/Engineering Graduate
- Ready to work from the office location; support other locations & flexible for shift when needed
