As a Project Manager - Data you will be a part of the Insurance Practice where we help insurance companies transform the way they do business through digital powered customer experience & analytics/cognition enabled business transformation. Our transformation consulting framework enables modernization & complete digitalization of insurance organization. Leading practices include - Sales & Distribution Transformation, POS Transformation, Underwriting Transformation, Claims Transformation
Purpose of the Role:
You will be responsible for managing a programme that will involve infrastructure, data and application migration projects.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager - Data you will:
- Manage infrastructure, data and application migration projects
- Facilitate, plan and conduct workshops
- Drive the projects independently
- Apply core project management disciplines - planning, issue/risk management, chasing down actions, reporting etc.
- Work with strategic outsource partners where appropriate
- Use judgement and consider the application of the clients change disciplines and standard governance framework
- Business and stakeholder engagement and bring people together to seek out mutually beneficial solutions and approaches to issues or problem areas
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
- Previous project management experience in Insurance / Life Insurance domain
- Should have worked in the data function
- Previous experience of working in DevOps/DevX or have had some exposure to infrastructure, data, or application migration projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
