Project Manager (Contract)- L4

Bill Rate $70 per hour
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and management, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a cross-functional project team, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, requirement engineers, and other relevant roles, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and adherence to project timelines.
Risk Management, Stakeholder Communication, Project Documentation,
Quality Assurance, Change Management, Vendor Management
Project Closure: Conduct project reviews, capture lessons learned, and facilitate the smooth transition of
the MES software to the client's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project closure

Requirements :
12 + Years of experience in IT delivery and 6+ years as project manager preferably MES domain or Metal industry.
BE/BTech degree or higher in computer science or computer engineering/information management systems from well-known university
Familiarity with the metal industry, including manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory
Should have worked and delivered atleast 2 Oracle Pl SQL based development projects
Should have delivered projects in agile model of delivery
Requirements, to effectively understand and address client needs.

Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
Problem-Solving Skills:, Adaptability, Collaboration and results driven
Travel requirements: A high willingness to travel is required.
English fluency is mandatory
50% required to work from customer site (Pittsburgh)

Mandatory Skills: Industry 4.0-COTS MES.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
