Job Description:

• License management and allocation.
• Hands on in managing the Tenant configuration and addressing issues.
• Understanding of Azure AD, MFA, SSO and application onboarding.
• Able to manage SPO admin and setting, access management.
• Expertise in Power Platform Admin including governance of the platform.
• Teams Administration and fixing issues related to teams.
• Managing MS message centre and take action accordingly.
• Good communication skill (both oral and written)
• Knowledge of ITIL process and SNOW tool will be an advantage .
