IT Operation Manager (Onsite, Bilingual) - Japan

? 10 years of Experience in IT Infra management and Operation

? IT Operation, project management, and team lead experience

? Serves as the primary point of contact for VGJ IT Members, to support and manage IT Operation activities.

? IT Ops Manager will coordinate IT and Infra Operations VGJ IT members to remediate the in-scope systems' vulnerabilities

? Managing technical team and track the progress for IT Incident, change and redamations tasks

? Coordinates and manages with VGJ IT/Apps Team, vendors, and stakeholders

? Ensures timely delivery of all tasks, deliverables, and get resolve the issues on time

? Ensure team is following the ITIL defined process and have track record for critical INC/major changes
