- Lead and manage projects related to wealth management and asset management, with a specific focus on KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Coordinate and lead project team members, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with compliance and legal teams as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within wealth management projects, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and client experiences.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager within the wealth management industry, ideally leading a KYC project
- Strong understanding of wealth management processes, including client onboarding, account management, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects within the financial services industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 would be a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through effective project leadership.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
