Roles & Responsibilities:

The Purpose of the collaboration Lead reporting into Service Management
Operations and Leader is to provide expertise of support for the Sharepoint and
Microsoft Power Apps platform.
Overall responsibilities:
• Requirement: Support for SharePoint and PowerApps platforms
One Lead to ensure smooth running of the platform, accompanying
process, Comms, and business engagement.
• Expected Support Time: 9am - 5pm AEST (4:30 AM IST) coverage.
• Manage permissions/access across both platforms. SME expertise to assist with
handling some historic issues with Sharepoint/PowerApps permissions.
• Volumes in Q1 2024 - we worked on 48 PowerApps, 50 Sharepoint (includes
incidents, SR, and ER requests).

What we require:
• Be product specialists who provide best practice in the Sharepoint and PowerApps
domain and will bring a customer-centric/innovative approach to solution
development.
• Provide research into new technologies including optimizing the platforms.
• Primary Focus: While there will be some incidents, the major focus will be on
service requests (SRs) and enhancements (ERs) via Lantern forms.
• Be responsible for taking an end-to-end process view with the aim of automation
and simplification across all processes. The team will be accountable for design and
delivery of all Enhancements and incidents.
• The lead will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in MS Suite specifically
Sharepoint and Powers Apps development & platform management.

To provide business our expertise and support of SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps platform
including configuration and associated collaboration / knowledge tools. This includes
proactively identifying and driving business configuration improvements, resolving
problems, and ensuring changes to systems are implemented effectively. Part of the teams
responsibly for the management of SharePoint & MS PowerApps by installing, configuring,
upgrading, administering, monitoring, and maintaining the platform to keep them in a
usable state, ensuring they are correct, consistent, and available at all required times
