Job Description:
- Serve as a liaison with customer to resolve any application-related issues.
- Supervise team members in all areas of the system development life cycle including requirements gathering and review, design, application programming, testing, and implementation, maintenance, and support.
- Manage Resource/schedule.
- Plan, direct, review, and implement the work products of team members.
- Be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating your cross-functional team to achieve a high level of performance and quality.
- Own the project delivery from functional and quality perspective
- Follow specifications mandated by the State Medicaid contract and comply with all contractual service delivery terms.
- Monitor and track responsibilities of team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Make changes to processes when necessary.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with various customer work groups to contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to achieve group goals.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Experience in requirement gathering, design, development and testing
- Knowledge of the integration of medical and/or claims information and information systems.
- Knowledge of current technologies, programming languages, project management concepts, and application or systems development methodologies.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, or Computer Science and Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years' experience working with design and development of Java based web applications and/or Integration platforms like ESB and Webservices and/or COTS products like Salesforce, FileNet, SugarCRM etc.
- 3 years of application design experience.
- 5 years of Medicaid knowledge.
- 3 years of business processes and applications or software package implementation knowledge.
- 2 years management experience in a managed care or healthcare environment
- Possess Hands-on experience in developing and managing Java Web applications, SOAP, REST APIs, ReactJS, React Native Apps on on-premises and Cloud platforms
- Familiar with waterfall and agile development methodologies.
