Role Purpose
Principal Accountabilities: • Developing reports directly in Workday or other SAAS HR Systems • Collaborate with business to identify and translate business requirements into efficient reports, views, and Business Intelligent query objects • Transform large datasets into visualizations from which leaders can easily draw insights and recommendations • Build and automate easy to use, self-service reports and dashboards on Tableau software • Refine and automate processes, track issues and document changes. • Develop and help customers with advanced analytics data models. • Building and maintaining data dictionaries • Writing and troubleshooting SQL queries used for Tableau • Understand complex analytics use cases and provide solutions, while complying with best practices of HR analytics and optimization of the analytics platform • Tracking projects in JIRA

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
• Tableau Desktop Certification - Associate or Professional level preferred
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau Dashboards
• Writing and troubleshooting SQL queries used for Tableau or other dashboard or reporting tools (experience building reporting views in snowflake is preferred)
• Experience in developing reports directly in Workday or other SAAS HR Systems preferred (knowledge of Workday calculated fields strongly preferred)
• 1+ years of experience working directly with business end-users preferred
