Answer calls coming from potential and enrolled members of a US healthcare insurance company. These calls are mainly on customer service - providing formation, requesting for help, following up on a previous concern, exploring new plans, cancelling existing plans, filing for appeals and/or grievances.

Minimum roles and responsibilities required are, but not limited to, the following:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from providers and members on Eligibility and Benefits (medical and behavioral health), Claims Inquiry , Provider Inquiry pre-authorization following call procedures consistent with client-approved call procedures
  • Report issues on process, calls, technology in a timely manne
