Standard role description:
- You will be responsible for developing and driving holistic supplier negotiations and strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and bringing excellence to Wipro-wide sourcing, supplier, and contract management.
- Manage end to end commercial and procurement aspects within categories.
- Understand stakeholder needs and should be able to propose appropriate solution & communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and lead complex sourcing projects; effectively manage suppliers and internal partners for quality delivery on time.
- Conduct periodic market research, including monitoring of market trends and supply/demand factors to help in the decision-making process to meet the strategic goals of the organization. Answer contract commercial / rate card / legal / business term inquiries on existing contracts.

- Ensure all the strategies and subsequent procurement are done in accordance with the procurement policy.
- Knowledge on local tax/SEZ and regulations related to procurement.
- Conduct due diligence on procurement practices and work closely with governance team.
- Ability to learn new technologies and able to do change management effectively.
Personal skills / Expertise
- You must thrive in a fast paced, fast changing, and dynamic environment and be a true team player with strong analytical abilities as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leads engagements with minimum interventions.
- Experience of working on SAP & ARIBA
- Good analytical skills with hands on working out Cost comparisons, TCO, Cost Modelling Analysis for quick decision making.
- English: Fluency in both oral and writing, good in making presentations.
- Fluent with Microsoft Office, Outlook, MIS and Data analysis, PPT, SAP / Ariba
Minimum qualifications & Experience -
- 8~10 Years of Extensive procurement experience in areas of Facilities procurements and leasing
- Bachelor's degree.
- Have previous experience with any facilities management company.
