Principal Medical Affairs Consultant
We are seeking a Principal Medical Affairs Consultant to work closely with the Life Sciences Domain Client Partners to develop our service offerings for post-market support from evidence generation to post-market studies and customer relationship management. This role will be responsible for shaping our post-market portfolio of services as well as managing clients and relationships with some of our key accounts as well as new logos.
The principal consultant should be an ambitious and entrepreneurial professional who is able to communicate and strategically position Wipro as the partner of choice for our clients in this space. The individual in this role will play an important role in leading client engagements, identifying issues, making recommendations and delivering the right solutions to our clients.

The Principal Medical Affairs consultant should be able to drive Wipro's vast technology capabilities to further benefit the positioning of our client's products in the market, in hopes of helping more patients worldwide.
Responsibilities / Skills:
• Deep understanding of the medical affairs / post-market landscape for our life sciences clients from Phase IV in Pharma to running post-market studies in Medical Devices
• Subject matter understanding of the regulatory processes for drug and device approval in the US
• Post-Market surveillance activities including, signal tracking and trending, pharmacovigilance and safety reporting, and complaints handling
• Design, plan and implement multiple projects from initiation to delivery
• Be able to analyze clinical data, competitive data, derive insights and drive strategy for clients
• Support the business development effort to drive more business for Wipro
• Support the publication of white papers on thought leadership
• Lead conversations with C-Suite leaders in helping to craft strategies and solutions to drive sales and business development
• Be able to connect the dots between medical affairs business process and technology enabled solutions available at Wipro
• Deliver impactful, concise presentations to clients that incorporate cutting edge technology and data artifacts and visualizations.
• Must understand the clinical systems landscape including the data structures and frameworks that existing in systems like: Veeva Vaults, RIM, PLM, and other prominent medical affairs platforms
• Act as the Med Affairs domain expert for life sciences (pharma or med device)
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships clients and leaders in the industry
