Job Description
Develops OCM strategy and plan for IT initiatives including crafting communications, coaching senior sponsors, training, resistance management and change acceptance/sustainment

Coaches Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project team members through the development and maintenance of required OCM artifacts
Executes the clients OCM framework and industry best practices to effectively lead the people side of change
Creates metrics to recognize people-related risks and anticipated resistance, develops plans to mitigate and resolve resistance
Creates, monitors, and tracks metrics for adoption, utilization and proficiency required by individuals impacted by a change
Conducts change readiness assessments, evaluates results, presents findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
Identifies the need for and build new organizations and capabilities
Developing innovative and high performance team cultures
Advising clients with strategic workforce planning, talent transformation, and talent management.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
