- Building innovative solutions along with practice team
- Engaging customers through presales support activities, proposal creation and sizing
- End to end responsibility includes pre-bid and post-bid customer interactions until handover to delivery
- Providing strategic inputs to the bid response, controlling the flow and approach
- Guiding the technical architecture team with business perspective in designing a winnable solution
- Interaction with business finance teams and delivery teams for effort estimation and pricing.
- Interaction with product vendors and other strategic partners in all presale and post-sale activities
- Overall responsibility for quality control, ensure MPT, SOW documents etc are in place
- Working closely with sales team to generate funnel, revenue, order book tracking
- Conduct workshops, participate in events, willing to travel at short notice to participate in all pre sales activity
- Coordinate with organization BDMs, Practices and Account Managers to formulate accurate and timely response to RFP/RFIs
- SOW verification / drafting and providing signoff to Transition Team to start Transition
- Identifying the Risk in contract and highlighting the same
- Involving at Proposal design stage and providing inputs to regional teams before PO signoff itself
- Preparing Proposals for New RFP's which are pure SNXT Deals

Validating factoring and provide suggestions and alternate solutions if any, based on contracts
- Understanding on the technologies supported by Wipro Delivery team / centers and in Market
- Overview / Understanding on Industry Standard Process like ITIL, ISO etc.
- Overview / Understanding on the Remote Tools (EMS) and ability to map with requirements
- Understanding on the support models like Hybrid, Shared, Onsite, Dedicated etc.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
