Job Description

The career opportunity is for the Sales team with Wipro Business Processing Solutions in Australia. The roles and responsibilities in brief are: - Hunting for new BPO deals and manage customer relationships; focusing on CSAT(customer satisfaction) and business growth. - Supporting strategic dialogue with customer to generate OB(order booking) & revenue. - Facilitating RFP(request for proposal) responses and drive proposal preparation. - Negotiating BPO contracts (including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Scope of Work and Master Service Agreement, etc.). - Improving awareness about Wipro's service offering, capabilities and value proposition. - Establishing and facilitate senior level relationships between Wipro and Customer executives.

Responsibilities:
• Owns practice sales targets for mapped account
• Reports solid to Practice Sales Head in region; dotted line reporting to GAEs if dedicated to the account
• If the GBL doesn't have large presence then the practice will not dedicate the practice person.
• Co-owns account plan and pursuit for mapped practices along with the GAEs
• Majority of Practitioner costs allocated clearly to the SMU P&Ls
• Practitioner sales consulted but GAE owns

  • Pricing of GBL-led pitches
  • There would be guidelines laid out by CFO on boundary conditions beyond which pricing conversations would need to be done with the GBLs and GAE will have to follow the authorization manual.

Territory identification and research to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to target key accounts in the region working in a collegiate environment with the global vertical leadership and teams; - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape across key accounts in the region; - Ensure accurate forecast is maintained in the Wipro Sales tool across the portfolio and communicate status updates weekly or more often if required; - Achieve signings and revenue targets - success will come in the form of regular closing and managing a large pipeline of new business; - Lead by example through ability to present Wipro Natural Resources capabilities, experience and value proposition in person and on-line to C-level stakeholders; - Lead and present Wipro innovation and thought leadership at Industry forums and conferences; - Work either autonomously or in conjunction, in a matrix organization, with Wipro services line leaders to

Candidate needs to have strong ability to focus on: - Demonstrating business acumen to generate proactive demand and win deals. - Developing high CSAT - Accountability and closure of actions with urgency and reactiveness - Team work in matrixed organization - Total experience of 10-15 years in IT/BPO operations/sales or SSC/process consulting. - Good understanding of back office services.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $1,50,000 to $2,10,000.
