Job Description

Job Prerequisites

Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology consulting or industry-specific technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong industry experience in relevant industry with proven success in delivering technology-driven business transformation.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Technology)

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP AND CLIENT INFLUENCE
• Drive industry-specific thought leadership and share insights with clients
and Wipro teams, helping position Wipro as a leader in relevant industry.
• Develop and nurture high-value client relationships, ensuring high client
satisfaction and retention.

REVENUE GROWTH
• Work in tandem with Sector Sales, Service Line Leaders and Account
Leadership to achieve revenue goals for industry-specific solutions.

PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH
• Contribute to the growth of Wipro's industry practice through hiring,
mentoring, and developing consultants who are aligned with industry
goals and standards.
• Maintain a balance between practice growth and being hands-on with
client engagements to deliver value.

SOLUTION INNOVATION
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to co-create
innovative products and frameworks that address current and anticipated
industry needs.
• Support the development of reusable assets, case studies, and solution architectures that drive Wipro's competitive differentiation in the market

"Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $240,000 to $375,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options."
