Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Partner marketer to work across three of our established relationships with technology industry leaders as part of our Wipro FullStride Cloud Global Business Line (GBL) Strategic Marketing Team.

The Marketing Lead, is responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to drive strategic marketing campaigns for the partnership practice, bringing a strong understanding of marketing strategy, content and execution to drive engagement and impact. Additionally, the marketing lead will create co-marketing campaigns with the partnership marketing teams to drive our partnership services and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Establish Wipro Partner Practices as an industry leader, improving brand perception, drive demand across target customers, media, ecosystem partners, analysts, and more.
  2. Be the primary liaison and work with Partnership marketing counterparts to drive win/win propositions for the Wipro Partnership. Manage the marketing relationship to establish Wipro as the partner of choice.
  3. Design, develop, and execute great work through integrated marketing plans that aligned to business goals.
  4. Deep knowledge of channel strategies, demand generation and marketing campaign metrics and analytics.
  5. Ability to analyze social media, website and general marketing data to clearly articulate impact and ROI.
  6. Work with subject matter experts in the business to develop thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs.
  7. Proactive management of events to ensure consistent and proper Wipro representation and branding, working with the business to target leads and track lead follow up. Management of events will include pre, during and post event activities and reporting.
  8. Strong management, presentation and communication skills and the ability to manage the day-to-day business and SME relationship.
  9. A team leader, develop programs, oversee the development and delivery of high-quality work, play a development role and offer strategic marketing counsel.
  10. Work collaboratively as a team player with marketing and business colleagues' drawing on the expertise of Wipro's vast resources and capabilities.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of integrated marketing experience, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning. Experience leading global accounts
  • 5+ years experience in technology including enterprise software/applications. Preferably Cloud and SAAS specific experience
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
  • Solid knowledge of content creation, partner marketing, and how to leverage, social, digital, comms, AR and PR within omni-channel campaign development
  • Experience with executing virtual and in-person events, via long-distance
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Outstanding writing, scripting and editorial skills
  • An understanding of digital and social media platforms and channels
  • Self-directed and comfortable in entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail and quality deliverables
  • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, culturally diverse, globally distributed organization
  • Able to influence without authority
