We are seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of Order/Contract Management Specialists within our dynamic Contract Management project. This role is pivotal in building and co-managing strong relationships with our client organizations and ensuring performance metrics and service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Order/Contract Management Specialists to achieve high performance and client satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer order management requests in accordance with specified procedures.
- Maintain compliance with policies, manage audit compliance, and handle month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
- Proactively support team members, identify errors, and implement action plans to enhance efficiency and prevent issues.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalations from internal and external customers and own dispute resolution for accounts in scope.
- Implement process changes, support project teams, and provide guidance on complex processes.
- Initiate and lead meetings, analyze business processes for improvement, and lead regional and global projects.
- Motivate the team, encourage teamwork, and collaborate with the performance monitoring team on resource management and performance measurement.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Graduate higher education.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a people management role.
- In-depth knowledge of PC and Microsoft applications (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer).
- Experience in contract management, phone support, or the microcomputer industry.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to document work clearly and manage high volumes of work precisely.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Initiative, creative thinking, and strong reporting skills.
- Assertiveness and goal orientation.
