Job Description

We are excited to announce a new project within Wipro Technologies, a leading brand in the industry with a strong and diverse history.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and coordinates the Volume MPS FO CA teams
  • Proactively supports Team Leads and other team members in eliminating any roadblocks that would impact invoicing cycles/ customer satisfaction
  • Identifies errors, creates and implements action plans to facilitate the prevention of reactive solutions
  • Has a very good understanding of the MPS Volume accounts challenges, statuses and proactively highlights risks to the EMEA Delivery team
  • Consolidates and maintains a good communication and relationship with the Client's Business and Delivery teams
  • Provides visibility and leads to resolution, by using different reporting data sources
  • Manages and is responsible for the month closing and quarter closing activities in accordance to the agreed standards
  • Manages the performance indicators, appraisals; makes proposals for team development/promotions/succession plan
  • Point of contact for escalations coming both from internal and external customers
  • Owns dispute resolution for accounts in scope
  • Supports the Project Manager teams in sustaining the process changes and improving the coordinated business segment
  • Implements process changes agreed at process/company level
  • Initiates and elaborates specific policies in relation to working with the client and in relation to the activity/process management etc.
  • Working with other managers on various business-related issues including performance management, organizational strategy, planning and sustaining new initiatives, etc
  • Provides guidance to the team members in relation to high complexity processes/programs
  • Identifies areas of improvement and sets action plans; leads projects and initiatives at regional and global level
  • Constantly motivates the team to perform to the fullest and to positively address the challenges, encouraging teamwork
  • Collaborates with the performance monitoring team: resource management, task balance, anticipation of any problem that may affect tasks, performance measurement, etc

Requirements:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written);
  • Graduate higher education
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a people management role
  • In-depth PC knowledge - Microsoft applications (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)
  • Experience in contract management, phone support or microcomputer industry
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Attention to the quality of details is a must, including the ability to clearly document the work done and to manage high volumes of work in a precise manner
