3 to 5 yoe as an application support analyst or similar role.

• Should have worked in two or more Oracle EBS Support/Rollouts/Integration Projects and act as a liaison between Business stakeholders, Procurement functions and Shared services team.

• Experience with Techno Functional support in Oracle EBS with exposure to AP, AR, GL, PO, FA, CM, and PO modules and knowledge of underlying the integrations between application technology and Interfaces.

• Good experience in writing PL/SQL Oracle packages, hierarchical queries, Cursor procedures/functions/workflows and triggers.

• Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams

Intermediate English

The Role:

Perform research and evaluate all functions to develop efficient processes and ensure compliance to all standards.

Trouble shoot and resolve the issues for the existing developed applications and ensure tickets closed within SLA's.

Perform data and code analysis, design solutions, and troubleshoot production issues.

Reports errors and code defects, collaborates to prioritize fixes and validate solutions. Participates in de-escalation plans and situation war rooms to resolve critical product issues impacting customer business operations.
